Algiers, March 9, 2025 – Ambassador Atilio Berardi made a working visit to the AGROLOG Agro-logistics Group, where he was received by its General Manager, Omar Trabzi.

This working meeting examined commercial opportunities for Argentine export products in the import basket of this important company, which covers a large part of the country's agricultural manufacturing import needs.

Agrolog is the most important firm in the Algerian market for the import, production, and distribution of food products, currently employing more than 10,400 people across its subsidiaries throughout Algeria.

During the meeting, Algerian import demands for the current year were discussed in sectors where Argentina has a strong supplier base, such as corn, cattle feed, and red meat, among others.

Members of Agrolog's management participated in this meeting, including those responsible for purchasing beef, lamb, and animal feed.
