Algiers, June 29, 2025 – The Argentine Republic concluded its participation in the 56th edition of the Algiers International Fair (FIA) with highly positive results, consolidating its presence for the second consecutive year at this important trade event that strengthens economic ties and investment opportunities with North Africa.
The Argentine pavilion, officially inaugurated by Ambassador Atilio Berardi, was part of the international sector of the fair, which included the distinguished presence of the President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, Abdelmadjid Tebboune. Argentina's participation was framed within the motto "For a common and sustainable cooperation," which guided the development of the fair.
The fair brought together hundreds of companies from more than twenty countries, with a particular interest in Argentine products and services belonging to strategic sectors. The Argentine offerings stood out in the agri-food industries, software development and Agtech solutions, mechanical engineering and manufacturing, and specialized agricultural services.
The Argentine delegation generated considerable interest among visitors, buyers, and local entrepreneurs, consolidating important business opportunities, investments, and bilateral economic cooperation. This participation represents a significant advance in Argentina's international presence in the Algerian market and reinforces the country's position as a reliable trading partner and provider of high-quality goods and services.
