Ambassador Berardi, accompanied by officials from the Embassy's Commercial Section, held a working meeting with the CEI (Club of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists) on February 11th in the town of Blida. The CEI is an employers' association founded in 1998 by a group of business leaders, industrialists, and entrepreneurs, driven by a deep commitment to Algeria's economic future.
During our meeting, we agreed to form a Working Committee tasked with developing a roadmap to strengthen trade and investment relations in the agricultural, industrial, and services sectors. This initiative also includes the organization of bilateral trade missions and the establishment of a direct channel to address specific trade concerns.
We thank the president of the CEI, as well as all the authorities and business leaders of the club, for their warm welcome and their firm commitment to strengthening economic cooperation between our countries.
